Time for a lighter entry~

so i went and watch 10,000 BC last night with a bunch of friends. Jack elected to stay home (party poop as usual) so i had to fly solo.


well, maybe it was for the best. I'd hate to hear what she had to say after the movie. =) okay, the flick wasn't that bad. In fact, i rather enjoyed some moments. Then again, the plot really ain't that great. First, these ancient tribes were all speaking English. umm, my history may be rotten, but i have a sneaky suspicion that they didn't have such an advance form of oral language yet. Second, the protagonist's tribe look like Jamaicans!! however, judging by their journey route and the direction they were going, they really are south africans; which makes the snow storm slightly odd. The special effect was fine; although i'd love have seen the Saber tooth tiger a bit more than its rather minor role in the film. Overall, it was an okay experience. Then again, perfect entertainment to jump start the March break.
